Hissey Kientz Adds Yaz & Yasmin Practice

Products injury firm Hissey Kientz LLP has added a new practice page for the birth control pills Yaz and Yasmine, which have been shown to double the risk of developing potentially deadly blood clots. The generic version of this drug is called Ocella.

The new practice page describes how the drug drospirenone, the active ingredient in Yaz and Yasmin, can pose serious health risks including: heart attacks, strokes, pulmonary embolisms, deep vein thrombosis, gall bladder problems and death. The group is also tracking news related to Yaz warnings and recalls.

Visit the Hissey Kientz LLP website for more information on this new service.
