At last week’s Pacific Legal Technology Conference, I did a presentation on cloud computing and SaaS (Software as a Service) with Catherine Sanders Reach. Specifically, we covered how law firms can use cloud-based technology for different aspects of their practice.
We started with basic definitions, and went on to discuss what these tools offer, what the risks are, and how the cloud combines with traditional application software. We also emphasized ‘asking the right questions’, and how that leads to being a smart consumer.
Anyway, without further ado, here’s the slide deck. Enjoy!
