Stem client Harrison Pensa of London, Ontario, recently announced that Senator Roméo Dallaire is the featured speaker at this year’s Claude & Elaine Pensa Lecture in Human Rights.

Senator Dallaire, a retired Lieutenant-General in the Canadian military, is a devoted humanitarian, president of the Lieutenant-General Roméo Dallaire Foundation, founder of the Child Soldiers Initiative, an outspoken advocate for human rights, and the best-selling author of Shake Hands with the Devil: The Failure of Humanity in Rwanda.
