The year’s shortest month is almost over, so it’s no surprise that in February our clients were busier than ever. Here’s a quick look at what everyone’s been up to over the last few weeks:

- Legal practice management software Clio’s co-founder Jack Newton gave a webinar on SaaS basics for Solo Practice University (recording available free to SPU’s Facebook fans)
- Chicago nursing home abuse attorney Jonathan Rosenfeld launched Nursing Home Injury Laws, a portal for state-based information on nursing home liability
- Dye & Durham has been hosting a series of webinars on the new BC civil litigation rules, including an upcoming session in March
- Gowlings made Managing Intellectual Property‘s list of top IP firms for the 14th year in a row, earning Tier 1 status in a variety of copyright, patent, and trade-mark practice areas
- At the New Jersey Criminal Defense Law Blog, John Marshall wrote about how opiate prescription drug abuse seems to often progress to heroin addiction
- West Palm Beach bankruptcy attorney Ron Chapman wrote about automatic stays and foreclosures in bankruptcy proceedings
