Question is, why wouldn’t you hire Tom Goldstein? … A solid use of video to sell one’s credentials. :)

This is an interesting use of video. I particularly like that he chose to put humorous captions on the screen to entertain the viewer. Without this, I think the video would not have so much appeal in the Web 2.0 world.

A lot of the humour is targeted at lawyers, which is his referral market, so yes very smart.
1-CERTIORARI? if that’s not audience specific, don’t know what would be. Few non-lawyers latin would likely be up to task, I think.
